Bryce is an Australian Health Practitioner that has advised and treated players that have competed on the National & International stage in Golf, Swimming and Athletics amongst others. In addition to this he was an early adopter in using smart technology to assist his patients both in the creation of self management apps to his advisory role at Smart Technology company IKKOS. If you cannot find him via his LinkedIn profile he is likely running long distances whilst wearing next to nothing or tucking into his favourite soup (you will win him over with a Pho).

​Cliff McDonald is a Darwin-based personal trainer and online fitness coach. He is also one of my very good friends. Cliff is unapologetically opinionated and has very strong views about EVERYTHING. This can rub some people the wrong way but anyone who knows him, knows he is an amazing man! He is honestly one of the best people I know. The night my grandmother passed away, I sent Cliff a text message at 10pm asking if he could run my boot camp group at 5:30 in the morning. He unhesitatingly obliged. Cliff is also a metabolic analyst at the local hospital, drug and alcohol rehabilitation coach, former colleague of mine at the Northern Territory Institute of Sport, and co-host with me on Mix104.9's Balls 'n' All radio show.

MYB 007: Annette Gillanders | Working With Your Significant Other

​Annette Gillanders is a Master Practitioner of both Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy. Believing as a child that she was dumb, Annette overcame this belief to go on and complete her degree in teaching. Breaking the narrative in her formative years for who she was continued to be a challenge for Annette throughout her life. After failing a 5-hour exam, her husband Doug, asked her why she "chose" to fail. This was a significant question which continued to unravel Annette's personal narrative about who she was. Today, Annette holds qualifications in teaching, marketing, management and training. In 2001, Annette and Doug started their business, Biznorth, and in 2008 Annette won the Telstra Northern Territory Business Woman of the Year. Recognising that so many of their clients were couples in business, Annette and Doug recently wrote a book together titled, 'Couples in Business'.
