Discover Your Strengths

You must discover your strengths to find your passion. Every person on this planet is different in some way. Use your unique talents to inspire passion in yourself and help others find theirs.

Knowing what your strengths are creates confidence and opportunities. When you understand your strengths you have confidence in your ability to pursue what you are good. Opportunities are created from that confidence. 

Understanding your strengths is necessary for finding your passions and living with freedom and fulfilment.

Understanding your strengths:

  1. Gives you the confidence to try new things.
  2. Protects you when things don’t work out the way you planned.
  3. Increases your optimism.
  4. Makes you feel good about yourself.
  5. Makes you feel good about yourself.
  6. Makes you an inspiring person to be around.

How to discover your strengths:

  • List your top six qualities.
    List what you believe are the best six things about yourself. Write down the first six things that come to mind.
  • Find out what others think.
    Ask your family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances what they believe your top three qualities are. Get responses from at least twenty people.
  • Remind yourself what you’re good at.
    Keep a list of all the things the people in the point above said. Refer to it when you want a boost in confidence and motivation.
  • Accept compliments.
    When people tell you what you are good at, accept it. The more examples you have of your strengths, the stronger you believe in those strengths and the more confidence you have in them.

Understanding your strengths is necessary for finding your passions and living with freedom and fulfilment. It makes you feel good and builds your confidence.
